Does anyone know if there is a way to get Voodoo 2 cards working in XP 2428? I tried to install the Voodoo 2 Windows 2000 drivers with no success. :-(

Please help! Is the V2 100% incompatible with Whistler? ;-(

I have the same problem. Whistler 2428 refuses to install the V2 drivers (W2K 1.02.00 release) at all. Which is a shame, I enjoy running UT in glide.

System:
PIII 600, 128M ram, Whistler 2428
Geforce 2 MX (Detonator 6.50)
SB!Live Basic

A V2 1000!

yeah whistler will install the drivers but then the card won't initialise or anything. At least the last time i had my v2 in my box that is what happened.

Ooops, my bad.

I downloaded the 1.02.00 drivers from 3dfx.com's site dated Jan 27th 2000. Updated the driver, installed like a charm, rebooted and was able to run UT in glide. Hope others are able to get it working.
