Received the follow messages:
1) 3dfx has beta drivers out on
their drivers page. They failed to work on initial boot, reboot into vga
mode, specify 800x600 and 16 bit color, reboot and all was good. From
there I could select any resolution I wanted. TV application works
perfect. Process for installing drivers may vary, just follow the readme,
that seemed to work best!
2) Prior to installation of driver it warns that the driver has no
digital signature and may not be valid. After reboot driver fails to
function with the control panel saying the card has returned an error.

The Voodoo3 3500TV
seems to work well under NT4.0 SP5 just fine, how ever it is not shipped
with drivers for NT at all. Download the Voodoo 3-3000 display drivers and
gl/glide drivers from the 3dfx page, the TV viewing/cap options do not
work, I had to boot into 98 for the software to install ('requires
DX6+')... Otherwise, glide, 3d and 2d display was great, glide/open gl
games played just fine.
Received also a message: tried
latest nt drivers for 2000/3000 under sp5, after restart, it would say
that a new display device has been installed, but defaulting back to std
display driver.
