Received the follow messages:
1) Works fine after deleting the wnaaspi32.dll in nero directory
2) While writing Lead In I get a SCSI/IDE error. I am using a Diamond
FirePort20 and a Teac R55s. Nero 4.0.9.1 worked perfectly before.

The Multimounter still
doesn't work and my System cannot Standby or Hibernate when Nero is
installed!

it gives error (blue screen) but just reboot and select last good

Installs fine,
however, when I rebooted, it gave an error in ntoskrnl.exe
resulting from winntsystem32driversnerocdnt.sys if you get
this error, just find a way to get to the command prompt and
move the file out of that directory, and all should work.
