Another FF7 prob here( sry guys)..

Hey sry i got another problem; this time its in-game. When I enter a cave and try to go back to the world map, it just blink at the black screen and showed me the error sign. I did the chocobo patch but im nt sure whether i did it right or not(cause it said that i cant patch normally and must use some other form of patch)...

Guys please help me out one more time thank you.
