"I was surfing the net looking for some ideas for a Home Theater Personal Computer or HTPC as it may commonly be referred to. I had looked at most everything needed for one and was in search of a DVD drive of some kind. I came across a company headquartered in Taiwan by the name of Asour Technology Inc. Asour had a product in their lineup that was an all in one remote controlled DVD with a VFD front. This unit is called the VPC 2000 Multimedia Hub. VPC stands for Vision Process Controller. I thought about it for a bit, and said to myself, I haven't seen one of these before, and it clicked that many of you may not have either, so I decided to request one for review and share my experiences with you guys and gals. It's time to look at this Cadillac of DVD drives and see what it's really made of."
