System: DFI P5BV3+ REV. B Motherboard with latest BIOS dated 1/3/00 from DFI, K6-2 400, Voodoo 3000, Maxtor 15 gig HD, SB Awe 64, Diamond Spi56 modem, 64 meg RAM - system locks up on installation of Windows 2000 Pro after hardware detection phase, before first reboot, when screen says "Starting Windows 2000", tried taking all cards out except vidoe, disabling USB controller, using failsafe setting in BIOS to no avail.
