Boy, I just do NOT know sometimes... Yea, folks can tick you off online, but when you come right down to it, it's really YOUR fault for letting them.

I've been there myself, & unfortunately had a few conflicts over time online... but to go as far as what happened to that poor guy?

(Yes, easier said then done @ times... not letting folks get to you, but killing another guy over a game of Counter-Strike?)

APK

P.S.=> That article really made me wonder... apk

The guy who did it owuld have found another reason to go nuts and kill someone anyways. Instability is instability. I'd hate to see games censored or banned for reasons like this. games dont make people go nuts and kill others; being nuts in itself does that.

Oh, I agree completely! He probably was out of it, or on some bad drug probably that made him lose it... who knows!

(It's not the games, I agree... just because I for instance, nightly usually go blow away dudes trying to blow me away first, on internet servers playing Quake III Arena (my fav)... well, that does not mean I want to do that in the real world!)

* You're right!

I don't doubt however, that this fool that did this will try to use the game as an excuse... "Ozzy's music made me do it" type of b.s.!

Oh course the media will milk this as another reason to try and ban video games.

The child likely has more issue then videos game, perhaps like his father beats his mother.

Violence like this goes deeper then a video game - why not look at how the child is taken care of? or if his parents simply do not care for him, or he was abused - there is ALWAYS a far deeper issue, a video game simply does not set someone off.

i mean look at the BILLIONS! of people who play overly violent video game sand never once inflict harm on another human, or life form.
