I might be wrong, but doesn't it require DX 7 or around there?
NT4 doesn't have anything more than DX 3 or 4(not sure)
does Q3A run in NT?

Alice is based on the Q3A engine, so it should run in NT. The main problem I would think is the video card. If you go to the ATI website, look for the "beta" or "unofficial release" drivers. They have one for that chip that has decent (for the Rage Pro anyway) performance in OpenGL.
BTW, SP3 brought NT4 to DX3.

I too have an ATI card, but my is an 128 rage pro All in wonder 32MB AGP. I am running Win2K SP1. I am able to install Alice with no issues, but when I run it, it just dies part way through the first level. My screen goes black, my computer locks up, but the sound continues to play.
Any thoughts, the Beav
