sp4 dx5 nt patch

Works fine as long as resolution is <512x384 dunno why above that gets a bit choppy, also oddly long pause when getting in or out of cars?

When i Install the game and run the setting program first then the game itself I can play the actual game once. When i exit the entire program and enter again when i enter the level so it begins to load it crashes and gives me a send error report error help?
