You may, however, want to try using the following process which installs the Windows 2000 driver for the PPM200 Printer into Windows XP. If this does not work, please let us know. This is a detailed process and needs to be followed as closely as possible. 1. Download the Windows 2000 printer (PPM200W2K.exe) driver from: http://www.lexmark.com/support/kodak/drivers.html. 2. Double click PPM200W2K.exe to begin the driver installation. 3. Click "OK" to continue to unzip the printer installation files. 4. Click "Unzip" to proceed. 5. Click "OK" when the files are finished decompressing. 6. After clicking "OK" the software will automatically launch. Please read the terms and conditions section and then click "Yes." 7. The installation software will detect that the printer is connected via USB. Click "Next" to continue. 8. Click "Next" to proceed. 9. Click "Next" one more time. 10. A windows may appear stating there is an error communicating with the printer, if so click "Cancel." 11. Click "OK" to the "Choose Cartridges" window. 12.
