Click on OK to terminate the program.
I ran memtest, just incase, and all RAM is fine.
Any ideas?

Question - Are you running ANY "add-ons" to Outlook (even antivirus stuff)?
That can happen if the main app shuts down & the add-on is STILL trying to talk to the main app's data or program...
I.E.-> If the main app's gone from RAM by that point? The addon will throw that exception (well, default compiler stuff will, & the addon maker needs to build a custom exception that checks for the presence of the app OR shared memory (files on disk, memory mapped files, or sockets use) being there still & if not? Don't execute that body of code & exit as well/also/too!)
Just an idea from the "software end", but yours on the hardware end? Could be true too...
Question #2 - Are you overclocking there? That can do it as well... memory, cpu, or possibly even Video overclocks!
APK
P.S.=> Have you tried to use std. BIOS default "SAFE" settings & see if this happens? Reboot & try that, first...
OH - What does "ZoSo" mean? I have seen that ages ago on Led Zeppelin albums but more recently on the sitcom "Charmed"... it's a witchcraft thing, no?? Thanks for info., apk
