I got the drive to work with the Freecom driver attaching the drive to a USB port without using a hub. If you use a hub, then the PC won't recognize the drive on subsequent reboots after the initial install. OnStream says the issue is with the USB driver and MicroSoft is developing an updated USB driver to correct the problem with hooking up the USB30 to a hub.

Works great .... no problems. No drivers
needed...just install Echo_3-2-33.exe and the drive is installed.
