I have the Photmax software, but since I have Windows XP computer, I have not been able to use this software to download pictures from my old Polaroid PDC 700 Digital Camera with the PhotoMax software. I keep on receiving a message that the software isn't compatible with Windows NT. I tried to run the compatibility wizard and that doesn't work either.

I had the same issue. I called polaroid and they helped me through it. This has been about 4 years ago whenI did it but I believe you have to use the compatble wizard(win 95 setting) when you load the photo max program on the computer as well. Mine works I just don't like the fact that you have to use the serial port. For some reason the usb is not compatable with any thing above win 95.
Also if you have a card reader it is best just to pull the pictures off that way and use another program for viewing.
