Installed and worked without
problems with a Voodoo3 2000 using DirectX.

The game installs and runs but changing resolution results in the game quitting with an "error log creation" message. Can't find a patch, Ubisoft are none the wiser, service pack 1 and 2 installed, compatibility mode doesn't help :o(

I managed to get the game running at high resolution under XP (i.e. bypass the crash when changing res.) by running it in compatibility mode (I used 95, but others may work) for the change, clicking "Save Resolution" and then running normally. Everything seems okay, but further play will tell!
