During installation, choose to copy the executable to disk. To improve performance, run in compatibility mode: find the executable JMAN.EXE in the installation directory, right click and choose "Properties". On the "Compatibility" tab, choose "Windows 95", 256 colors, and 640x480 pixels (I checked the other comptability boxes also for good luck).
