Shows error message when trying to install or run help any patch for xp pro

Game will occasionally CTD, particularly when engaging in space combat; save often to avoid losing progress.

Reload game after CTD, and the point where you crashed should play through normally.

Game installs fine and for the most part works, it does however frequently crash to desktop when exiting space combat. I recommend saving before every space combat.
