I had almost given up fixing my crash problem then I stumbled on this web forum.

The programme crashes after a few minutes and I have contacted EA games and carried out their recommended solutions - all to no avail. Their final response was:

"After rescanning your dxdiag I noticed this information:

I dont know what to do next and cannot find this emulation in my device manager.

I would be very grateful for some guidance.
