SFF Tech posted an Editorial on a look at Soltek's quick rise to fame in the SFF scene and their eventual collapse to exiting the biz.

"The SFF market has been interesting to follow the last three years. Shuttle clearly paved the road for the SFF market, but the lack of quality competitors is still somewhat of a mystery. Many industry insiders, myself included, figured it would only be a matter of time before a Tier 1 motherboard manufacture such as Asus or MSI would step in and simply take over that market. MSI made a big push early on with their MEGA line, but they have dropped that product as well to focus on other consumer device products."
