I personally like the duplicate file finder the most out of all the features, the registry cleaner I have found safe, but would not recommend any reg cleaner - I would reinstall from a clean system, but 'Regseeker' is good if you know what your doing. also clear MRU lists ok, IE history / Cookies cleared - which I find no use as I use Mozilla FireFox.
