I loved the soft, supple ear tips, and the low weight encouraged me to pass my Shures on to a new owner. The build quality felt solid throughout, and you get a two-year warranty from Ultimate Ears. The sound quality is very well rounded, easily equaling other phones of this level that I have had experience with. I don't mind dealing with the few issues I found because the super.fi 4's have so much going for them. Ultimate Ears also offers an iPhone-friendly set with an inline mic and control button for about $20 more, which may deal with the cable length issue for some."
