I'm slosly going to try to upgrade my pc. I was reading a few guides and they said to first make sure the motherboard is capable of handling the upgrades. How do i see my current motherboard's limits? I'm not even sure what my current motherboard's name is. Here is some info, let me know if you need more.

Well it appears from the BIOS string that the mainboard is made by Trigem and the chipset is the 845MP. This most likely means that you are going to be limited to the old 400FSB CPU's, the Northwood core Celeron's and P4's which are very hard to find now I'm afraid

It's possible that the mainboard will support the 533FSB P4's as well, but I don't see the model number so I can't tell you which it is. Perhaps if you open the case and look inside with a flashlight to see if anything is stamped on the mainbaord.
