I have been trying over and over to get the voodoo2 drivers found on this page to work but to no avail.
I keep getting the error 3dfx.dll or something like that update reg settings the card will show up in the device manager but in games there is nothing there.
My System
p2 400
196 megs ram
monster 2
sblive standard window 2000 drivers
promise card on 20 gig drive
I want to get this card to run for final fantasy 8 the lines on the geforce looks bad.

If you want help, you'll need to do slightly better than

I keep getting the error 3dfx.dll or something like that

Also, the drivers are not "beta". They are the released NT4 driver "re-packaged" to install under W2K.

Finally, these drivers do not support D3D.
