cant get RC3+Monster Fusion+Q3 to work

I cant seem to get Quake 3 to work with my Monster Fusion card and RC3. Can someone point me in the right direction? I tried the drivers from http://ntgamepalace.3dfiles.com/3dfxfaq.htm
but cant seem to get it to work with RC3.. Are there updated drivers for RC3 floating around?
