Works fine in ACPI mode. When installing Windows 2000, at the very beginning, when you are prompted to press F6, press F5 and choose ACPI computer. Hibernation and Standby also work fine, if no driver ispreventing them from working. If you install Windows 2000 without the ACPIoption the computer won't power off on shut down (besides the other features you loose).
Be sure to have the latest BIOS (currently 1010 beta 2).

ALi released an AGP miniport driver. Downlaod it here:

If your system is unstable be sure to have these chipset settings in the BIOS:
- Frame buffer posted writing DISABLED
- AGP Turbo mode DISABLED
- Passive release DISABLED
- K6 Write allocate DISABLED
