Works fine. Ordered the eval kit, good way to save ~$50 on it plus get some extra hardcopy manuals and etc. (OEM ver is all CD based) Around $70 total for eval kit, on pricewatch its still $120 range. Problem is that it took 3 months, though I think they weren't done making them before. (all had to be made in US, export restricted) Turnaround should be two weeks now. Under W2k you can choose to offload things (part of TCP/IP functions, all of IPSec) from your CPU to the NIC CPU, and the list is pretty long, advanced properties in device manager. In 9x and NT4 you don't have that option.
