WORKS. Personal web site www.carste.com is using it and running Windows 2000 without a problem. Make sure that you are running this daughter card with an officially approved motherboard (listed on adaptec's sight) and not an older RAIDport II slot. I had to upgrade my motherboard to one that was on the listing to be able to flash the bios. http://www.adaptec.com/support/overview/aro1130u2.html
