it's one of those games that are partially compatible with win2k. The game has significant problems playing the music(breaks up, loops occasionally), and some sounds(speech works fine though), controls act funny sometimes too. The game is still playable although it's not a pleasant experience. I'm sure future patches will likely address this issue.
