iTunes works ok with occasional rendering issues. A few times the gui locked up and the scroll wheel no longer works. I have a Microsoft wireless mouse with their vista x64 driver and an nvidia geforce 7300.
Don't forget to unauthorize your computer before formating to install vista. Apple also recommends doing this and uninstalling iTunes if you are doing an in place upgrade. They have a KB article on compatibility with vista.

As reported by another user, occasional rendering issues cause the window to blacken, or the album art view to report an error.
