Works just fine with TNT2/Live combo in Whistler Beta 1. Even faster than in Win2k.

I am using a AMD 64 bit 3200+ 2GHz PC running Windows XP Professional SP2, with 512 MB RAM and NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 128MB graphics card. Despite this package of hardware when playing this game it appears that the graphics card is having a hard time keeping up with the software and occasionally the game crashes when there is lots of action on the screen.

I can't install through the setup program, but I can manually install it fine. If I manually install it, I can't use patch version 1.2.

Whenever I click to install this game on vista it does absolutely nothing, literaly the window disappears and then the computer resumes its previous tasks as if nothing had happened.

There were two different version of Elite Force CDs on sale. The initial release is identified by a "Blue colored" disc, whereas the second has a "Red colored" disc.

The second release will install and run no problem.

The initial release requires patience. You must run "setup.exe" from the CD with compatibility mode to Windows 2000 and administrator privledges. The installshield will appear, then disappear. The computer will seem as if it is not doing anything. However, if you look under current processes in task manager, you will see "_INS5576._MP" and "_ISDel.exe" running. At this point, just WAIT. After about 20-45 minutes (no kidding) the install wizard will appear. From this point the game will install and run properly.

Does this product work with Vista 64 Bit? When I try to run the setup file it tells me to contact the software vendor for a 64 Bit version.

To install on windows vista x64 i had to ignore the main setup and go into the setup folder and use the SETUP program in that folder.
I too got the contact vendor message on the main install program

Have run both solo and multiplayer and worked fine

Do as previous poster described for Windows Vista install: ignore the auto-run setup and instead run setup.exe from the setup folder.
