Works with a single proscessor but will not work with dual proscessors. Here is their response. Hello, We have observed this problem with PCI modems on dual processor systems running Windows 2000 or NT. Our engineering staff is looking into this. I do not have an estimated date for a solution/fix, so I would advise you to return the modem and exchange it with an internal ISA or external serial model.
