Submitted by Anonymous on 2005-01-01 12:00:00 This product has a rating of 5 out of 5 running under Windows XP Comments: Finally found the answer to the infamous "_msr.exe" failure message when trying to start the game. It ran perfectly before I reinstalled the XP SP2 OS. Adding new versions of Shockwave and Quicktime didn't help. The answer? A PRINTER HAS TO BE INSTALLED OR THE SPOOLER SERVICE DISABLED!!!
