Submitted by Anonymous on 2004-02-01 12:00:00 This product has a rating of 5 out of 5 running under Windows 2000 Comments: Though the setup process is a bit problematic, this game runs fine on W2000 SP4. Dark Reign: Skip the DirectX 3 installation if asked and to avoid any problems during setup, I recommend running it in W95 compatibility mode (SLAYERUI.DLL). After finishing the setup process the game should always run in W95 compatibility mode. Mission Pack Rise of the Shadowhand: Practically the same as above but on my system the setup crashes at the point of CD-ROM speed and OS detection. This can be avoided by running setup in W95 compatibility mode and after finishing setup, the game too. |
