Need for Speed: Most Wanted

However, after alot more playing the game is not as stable as i thought. I have read this game is a bad port and as such is known to pause ever so briefly on XP. It happens on Vista ...However in one case that stutter actually turned into a long pause and then a BSOD (no longer blue :) and crashed the whole machine (something i thought could no longer happen). I have reduced the resolution to 1024*768 and have had no futher bsods....the, almost, pauses remain. Just a cautionary tale. running e6600/badaxe 2/2 gig ocz/ nvidia 8800 gts OC 320 mb with 100.65 certified drivers. |
