Submitted by Tom Kimbrough on 2008-07-02 12:10:42 This product has a rating of 3 out of 5 running under Windows XP Comments: Updated PC Tools Fire wall & it came with the Threat Fire thing. I loaded it and it locked my pc, After a reboot my PC was locked up! Thank god for safe mode to uninstall the software. Been using PC Tools Fire Wall for some time now and so far (as of today!) the new version 4 is all right. Do yourself a big favor and DO NOT OPT OR CHECK THE LOAD THREAT FIRE OPTION ON THE INSTALL FOR THE FIRE WALL! |
