Submitted by Anonymous on 2001-01-01 12:00:00 This product has a rating of 5 out of 5 running under Windows 2000 Comments: Received the follow messages: 1) To get Windows2000 to find your scondary IDE controller you'll have to update your BIOS from original to "A7V BIOS Ver. 1004a 08/22/2000". And it'll work fine! http://www.asus.com/Products/software1.html2) Only problem was that the ATA100 controller was not installed during setup. Had to download the Win2K drivers and install manually. Apart from that, Very stable. |
