The ES1371 is the Ensonic Audio PCI chipset. These<br>are very different chips inside. Both have a rare intermittent problem.<br>(We have/had large numbers of both) You have to run your machine 24hr<br>day to pick them up. A normal home user might not see it or write it of<br>as a once off. The ES1371 does the noise problem. The ES1370 the sound<br>goes dead. (my sound it dead as I write this...)
