The adapter is perfectly detected at setup. Great
speed under all conditions. I did not try the Adaptec 1.00 drivers though.

Can't get drivers to install, even using disabling the decorated driver option.

They work very well, but the Teldat 100 PCI Card is only a Fritz Card PCI 32. There are no changes on the card. So use the Fritz drivers and the card works great. No Problems since the beginning of Windows 2000.
