"This player is expected to have loads of music on it, with support for basically every popular audio format, and a 1.8 inch 20GB hard drive within -- but here lies the biggest problem with this product, the GUI. The interface is just horrid. At first it may be rather easy to find songs, but once you fill the player up there is no hope. I would fumble for minutes to find the right song, while Apple and Creative products can be used while driving."
