Extreme Overclocking has up another review, this time is is on the VapoChill PE by Asetek.

Many people wonder exactly what a VapoChill is, and how it works. In layman's terms it is simply a form of a refrigeration unit, not much different from how your kitchen refrigerator or central air conditioner works. We take the time to explain how the typical cooling cycle works, and how it applies to the VapoChill. There are lots of pics of the VapoChill itself and all its various features like the Chill Control heating elements to prevent condensation, and finally some benchmarks to show performance.
