The 80 to 60mm fan adapter is an interesting little contraption that allows you to mount a 80mm fan on a CPU heatsink that normally was meant to hold only a 60mm fan. This enables you to either mount a bigger but quieter fan to reduce the noise level, or to mount a bigger and badder fan for some serious cooling. Check out the review at PC911 for more details.
