3-Way SFF PC Comparo: Biostar, Epox, FIC

A market that has taken the industry by storm which at one time was primarily dominated by one company, Shuttle. They were more so the pioneer of SFF PC's bringing style, quality, features and fair performance into one small package. Literally. They were able to create a PC that fit in most home theatre systems while looking good. We mention home theatre systems simply because this was their main target of use. A PC that was small enough to fit in ones home theatre to provide all the capabilities of a PC into your home theatre. Basically a step forward in a move companies like to call the "digital house revolution". An area the did lack with SFF PC's was performance. As their intention was not to replace traditional larger PC's or attract the enthusiast market at its introduction stage, performance was not a key issue. However as time went by we began to see a shift in what these PC's were capable of. Much of this change has to do with advancements in chipsets,
cooling, power, and design.
