PC Modding Malaysia has posted a review on the Act-On MicMouse Optical Mouse
It is of my opinion that the ADM 0520 MicMouse is a pretty comfortable mouse for one with big hands to use. It's perfect for those who want to have a decent mic (just don't click while using it!) for social chatting. However, for those who are gaming and using voice chat, I'll say stay away unless of course, they have a way to completely isolate the clicking sound. Those who own a notebook and already have a touchpad may find this a worthwhile buy because if you need to do some work while chatting you can still resort to your touchpad. Perhaps Act-On Inc can work on the idea a bit more and make some refinements (isolate the clicks!!) to make this a totally practical product to buy.
