Contrary to popular belief, SilverStone is NOT the only manufacturer of cases directed at the DIY HTPC market. Quite the opposite in fact; Ahanix has been designing such products for years. Their "D-Vine" lineup of desktop cases have always stood out from the crowd, especially in terms of looks.
Their latest creation is the MCE601, a full ATX case featuring a single optical bay, 3.5" bay, and a nice VFD display. It also comes equipped with a 350W PSU.
