Xtreme PC TECH has reviewed an AMD AthlonXP 1600+

OK I have been looking at the AlthlonXPs for a while now. I was looking because I was thinking it was time to upgrade my AMD Athlon ThunderBird 950 (950MHz). Man, there are plenty of upgrade options now. You have the Pentium 4As and just recently the P4B. With the P4s you can have SDRAM (which I don't recommend), DDR, and RDRAM. But on the other side you have AMD with their new AthlonXPs and the just released ThoughBreds. I think the Pentiums have always been a little expensive with their fastest chips but AMD makes good chips at a fraction of the price. So I had decided to get an AMD AthlonXP. I have seen some people overclock pretty high with the 1600+ and the fact that you can buy one for under $100 (OEM) is the reason why I picked the AthlonXP 1600+. So today I bring you a review of the AMD AthlonXP! So just keep on reading to find out how good it is.
