AMD has just released another processor to their dual-core 64-bit lineup: the 3800+ X2. This chip will be the lowest cost CPU on the dual-core product line, and as such will act as an "entry-level" chip to the dual-core market, and is aimed to compete against the Intel 820 and 830.
