The ~$115 Antec P150 can be found in the 'Performance One' series and is considered a 'quiet PC'. It comes with an Antec Neo HE - High Efficiency 430-Watt power supply, which has three twelve volt rails offering 32A on the combined +12V rail. This is not enough to run the latest SLI and CrossFire cards, but enough to run most of the current high end video cards.
