Arctic Silver II Review

TacoNuts has posted a review of the latest silver compound from Arctic Silver LLC, Arctic Silver II.
To obtain the best wicking capabilities from your heatsink, you must insure that the substance between your CPU/chipset and heatsink can transfer heat to your heatsink as fast as possible. There is an array of thermal greases on the market to fill the air pockets between your heatsink and chip of choice. Arctic Silver has been a strong leader of thermal compounds, offering a silver solution with minimal electrical conductivity. One problem with Arctic Silver has been that it came in two flavors, one for small contact surfaces and one for large. Now Arctic Silver II has risen, which appears to take the cake in both arenas. But is Arctic Silver II any better than the original Arctic Silver?
