We will have to give the nod to Asus for once again making a stable board at a good price. Although the board did not overclock well, probably due to the fact that the chipset is pretty much maxed out from the factory, I dont think users buying this board will be buying it for overclocking. This motherboard fits the user looking for a stable, solid performer, with above standard features for their Pentium 4 CPU up to 800 MHz front side bus. Standard features include Serial ATA, Dual DDR, Hyper-threading support, Onboard 6 channel audio, Onboard gigabit LAN, and a very intellegent BIOS.
