ATI Radeon Beta 5.13.3124 Win2k Driver

3D Chipset has posted a new ATI Radeon beta driver for Windows 2000.
Release Notes:
- Monitor tree functional (can use power settings etc) but the DDC option is greyed out
- UT will now start using the latest OpenGL.dll and texture compression
- Sacrifice now works correctly but insane does not
- W-buffer issue has also partially been fixed
- Vsync still does not seem to work
- Files are dated: Mar 31, 2001
- Four sample FSAA does work
