ATI has developed some great products in the past and broken some barriers, but I don’t think that much can come close to their latest multimedia package that they have dubbed, the TV Elite Wonder. The TV tuner card sports their latest Theatre 550 Pro video processor, 12-bit analog-to-digital conversion, an advanced motion-adaptive 3D comb filter, and PVR capabilities.
